The Talent Pool Company was born out of the need by consumer goods companies to attract and retain the very best candidates to their companies. Since the early 2000s, it is widely accepted that the demand for top talent has grown whilst the supply has declined in relative terms.

Other sectors (e.g. telecoms, ad agency, management consulting) have seen this market as an attractive source of talent and have taken from the pool. In addition, the growing importance of the major multiples has led to an increased need of exceptional sales and category management professionals.

We are very flexible in our working relationships with clients and can work on non-exclusive contingency searches as well as exclusive retained assignments. We prefer to work with only a handful of companies, offering them an ongoing service. This enables us to develop a thorough understanding of their culture, structure, and the profile of what constitutes a successful employee (candidate).
