Assessment & Interviewing
We can facilitate assessment days and clients have access to our interview suites. There are some occasions when assignments are under an NDA, so clients will choose our offices to carry out first stage interviews.
We have also worked on several multi role retainers, where there are several similar level roles. We have helped construct bespoke assessment day agendas and can consult as part of interview panels.
We partner with our HR and Talent engagement teams and have devised modular based training programs to suit their varying needs and requirements.
We have the capability to upskill your team/s and our LinkedIn training program is modified and tailored on a case by case basis as no one business requirement is the same as the next. One of the team will be happy to meet and devise a bespoke plan for you, these typically tend to involve a three day workshop.
We have an evolving, active database of 20,000+ candidates. As a result, we have the data mining capability to share valuable insights by role, function, level and location. We share this information with key clients.
Succession & Talent Planning.
Over the course of the last 13 years we have worked closely with several leadership teams to prepare and safeguard their future by asking the right questions. We host regular key note breakfast forums. These are tailored invitation only events with the purpose of connecting key industry influencers and investment teams. Global Drinks business – Project Summary
We were invited by the Leadership Team and asked to tender for an exclusive, confidential, multi-level project.
This was a particularly sensitive assignment due to the fact that the business was in consultation and a huge number of employees had also been offered redundancy packages.
We worked closely with all key functions in ensuring that the message within the market was consistent and helped advise the business on how to position and articulate the reasons for the restructure.
The business was impressed with our proposal as to how we would approach such a complex brief and we were given approval to work on multiple vacancies across several key functions (several of the roles being complex, confidential and or unconfirmed).
The result was that TalentPool placed in excess of 20 people into the business (over a 12-month period), with several of our placements having now progressed into senior leadership roles.
